I remember when we had to hit the TV so it came in more clearly and most times it worked. If it didn’t, my parents would call the TV repairman. He would actually come to our house to fix it.

Beautiful butterfly!

I’m just planted several coneflower plants. I hope they come back next year and look as lovely as yours do.

The Monarch chrysalis is like finding priceless treasure - so breathtaking beautiful.

Ginger plum preserves sounds wonderful. My husband makes plum jam. He also makes a yummy Pflaumen-Kuchen (plum tart).

We have so many plums. My husband posted a sign to let the neighbors and their friends know that they are welcome to U-pick free plums.

Yes, they are laughing. People from Europe are wondering why Americans voted for this president a second time since they knew what he was like in his first term. They ask, “Why are Americans not electing smarter politicians? Surely there are intelligent people they could elect.”

All the Smithsonian Museums are full of wonderful discoveries and innovations. It has long been a place of learning where one can view and be amazed by so many artifacts from the past, present and with exhibits about the future.

I do love seeing the red admiral. That dahlia is a gorgeous shade of orange.
