Question authority, especially if it’s a man and they say they are god

Trump filed lawsuits over jokes, tweets, and news articles, but not once over any of the countless allegations of child rape. I feel like more people should mention that.

Can god create a rock it cannot lift? Sometimes the simplest paradoxes are the most powerful.

If you have read to this point, agree, and don’t know where to turn after learning god is a lie, allow me to provide you with a non-violent, god free, even more ancient alternative:

If Jesus was god then at least part of god died.

So maybe the rest of god can die too.

Or… yaknow a man died. Take your pick. so either god isn’t omnipotent or Jesus wasn’t god and you’re drinking blood cause you’re in a cult not cause it’s correct. Daily reminder Moses was just schizophrenic 🤦‍♀️🤦

Does the Bible justify slavery?
Slavery in the ancient world was a part of everyday life, and, unfortunately, the Bible accepts this tragic reality as a given. Indeed, the Bible not only does not unequivocally condemn slavery, but at points it endorses it. For example, in the Hebrew Bible, Moses tells the Israelites on the way to the Promised Land how they should acquire and keep slaves (Lev 25:44-46). His successor, Joshua, explains that “some of you shall always be slaves” (Josh 9:23). Similarly, in the New Testament, Paul admonishes, “Slaves, obey your earthly masters with fear and trembling” (Eph 6:5-6). Interpreters commonly invoked these and other passages to argue that slavery is a divinely sanctioned practice.
For much of North American history from the 1600s to the end of the US Civil War, biblical passages were commonly used to affirm the institution of slavery. In colonial Boston, Cotton Mather, the celebrated American intellectual and Puritan minister, frequently turned to the Bible to affirm the enslavement of Africans. He justified his position by exhorting white slavers to “use” the practice to “Christianize” those whom they enslaved. In the antebellum South, well-respected ministers such as Thornton Stringfellow (1788–1869) wrote influential and widely read treatises to demonstrate the Bible’s support for slavery. Scholars of religion such as Charles C. Jones (1804–1863), who was educated at Princeton Theological Seminary, spent much time using Ephesians to exhort enslaved people in Liberty County, GA to be obedient to their “masters.”

This point seems dead to rights yet is barely known. Many times in the Bible slaves are discussed and encouraged to be beaten. Exodus 21:20-21. If you would like to argue a slave has as much free will as their master, you are incorrect and this lie shouldn’t justify slavery. Disgusting and shameful

Let’s keep up the points regarding inconsistencies between free will and reality:
For some reason (it’s actually a mistranslation), people believe homosexuality is a sin when in reality if god is real, it made them that way and they aren’t hurting anybody dating their own gender. Find the free will😒

14.10.2025 18:42 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

This one is important: for god and heaven and hell to work, humans need to be able to act on their free will equally and have an individual relationship with their creator. So remind me why the government can control whether women can have an abortion? Sounds like their free will is being removed 😬😡

Point 9:

We are told gods plan is “perfect” but also tell us to pray to it to better come in line with its grace. But praying is asking for something to be different in its perfect plan. If it was perfect then there would be no need for praying at all and when you do, it only suggests imperfection.

13.10.2025 19:37 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

Point 8.5:
Less about god being a lie and more about how men use god for their own benefit- Ephesians 5:22-33 -“Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord… Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.” Disgusting & yikes🤮

Point 8:

For an absolute afterlife such as Heaven and Hell to work and be just, it would have to assume all humans were born equal (they are) and have equal rights during their life. Please do not forget the Catholic Church owned slaves in America. Remind me how free will can exist concurrently 😤

Point 7:

Genesis 38:9-10. God commands a man named Onan to impregnate his dead brothers wife, Onan says that’s wack no way and “spills his seed on the ground” (pulls out). For this god kills him. Sooooooo remind me how humans have free will if god just kills people like a dictator who disobeys? 🧐🤔

Point 6:
For some reason god requires humans (and only humans) to marry before pipe can be laid. So this omnipresent and omnipotent being that created all 93 billion light years of the universe, every star and galaxy, needs the government to know who you are married to? Seems a bit convenient to me🧐

11.10.2025 15:38 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

Point 5:

Heaven and Hell are said to be afterlives and assume a fully impartial and perfect god that judges the humans it made and sends them to one or the other. The problem: as we previously discussed humans do not have free will if god made us and chose our lives for us. Or more likely: god=lies

11.10.2025 03:56 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

Point 4:
If a human sins and murders another human they are doomed to an eternal hell, but god can and did kill all humans besides a guy on a boat and two of every animal? Why would it have to do that if “the plan was perfect”? Sounds like no free will hypocrisy to me. Or more likely: god is a lie

Point 3:

To be god it must have “omniscience”, a fancy word for all knowing. But to be all knowing, it must know the future. If it didn’t then it wouldn’t be all knowing. The problem: if god knows how you die then you have no free will, it would be an illusion of choice already determined.

Point 2:

god has to be all benevolent to be god, but the existence of systematic Genocide, people like Jeffrey Epstein, slavery, and all the other terrible things on Earth create a paradox called the Problem of Evil that theologians and philosophers and I continue to debate
