Looking forward to 10 years from now when kids that had the sequel trilogy since childhood reach adulthood and don’t see it as George Lucas’ Star Wars vs Disney’s Star Wars and just see it all as… Star Wars. See: Prequels vs TOT 20 years ago which has more or less died off at least in a LOUD way.

So this guy says one way to stop doomscrolling is to choose to do something creative when we feel the urge to reach for our feeds or whatever.

I just spent four hours doing creative things, and I even got a blog out of it. I feel satisfaction and mild enthusiasm instead of the usual despair. Yay!
