The fact they are going after them for flying on a creature shows genuinely how disengenuous this all is.

If they took direct models an aspects like that sure go after them for that, but mechanically capturing a creature in an object to fight with later is a mechanic and I don't believe should be copy written. Would it all the sudden be okay if the Sphere was a cube??

It is not the same game and registering game mechanics is BS. It should not be a thing. Copyright the designs or sound effects whatever. But capturing things in a ball and flying on a creature, how TF should that be something copy written??
