Which crimes will you prosecute? We don't need generalities; we need very specific and concrete guidance. The police do as well. How are you developing actionable plans to protect the people of this city?

Please explain to the public and police specifically which Pennsylvania or Federal criminal laws will be enforced against federal immigration agents. It is vital that you provide this guidance to prevent or address the kinds of tragedies and abuses that are occurring on a daily basis.

The crux is that this was a case of the chief being a personal friend of the victim’s husband. The story does not follow up on whether 911 was called as the victim requested of her friends and what happened with that. It’s clear that local and state police are not out there protecting the public.

Abolish ICE and DHS. I don’t want to hear they can’t. They fucking abolished every single agency put in place to protect us they can certainly abolish one that is terrorizing and murdering us.

You, and local executives, have the authority to cite, impound, charge and arrest federal employees who violate state law where the actions are not objectively reasonable in pursuing legitimate federal enforcement. The violations are documented.
