The Pentary Gender Mandala In the modern communes of northern Ra-Om Daksina, a five-gender matrix exists. It is no modern invention: five ancient wisdom kings (vidyarajas) who were locked in bloody war decided to end their peace by pledging to one of the Five Tathagatas that emanate from the Adibuddha. In so doing, they recognized their societal roles within a single body of community, and then began assigning genders according to that. The various northern Ra-Om Daksina cultures (namely Selorong, Idang, Araya, Rekana, Taya) and even some southern Ra-Om Daksina Cultures (namely Agna, Okman, Tezek, Galusatan, Yaung, and Benaluga) have inherited such social norms despite having more of a connection to international trade (where the Binary, Trinary, and Quarternary systems are supreme). Following the Five Tathagatas, each of the genders are adjoined and represented by a Great Element. Above is the usual mandala diagram of the five genders. The Ground, the center, is the Earthgender. All other genders fall around the earthgender. Also known as the Womb-Gender, as it is the gender assigned to them at birth. Ra-Om Daksinan languages are genderless and have no gendered pronouns, as opposed to Bazaar Kyarpan. If needed: Earth is They/Them. Fire and Air are She/Her. Space and Water are He/Him. Earthgender Direction: Center Element: Earth Jobs: Managers, ministers, teachers, mentors, scribes Patient and unassuming people. Cool with their emotions. Watergender Direction: South Element: Water Jobs: Visionaries, philosophers, secretaries, secret keepers, farmers, carpenters, maintenance, pathfinders The backbone of all Daksina culture is water. It is through water they move. It is through water they flourish. The watergendered tend to be those that can handle manual labor, construction, paving new paths and much more. In this way they are aptly named: their labor is the backbone of Daksina tribes and communes. Marriage The common marriage pairs are Fire/Air, Water/Space, and Earth with any. Polygamous relationships that create a Perfect Mandala (one of each gender) are also common but prone to fracturing. Perfect Mandalas often are part of other Perfect Mandalas or other relationships.
