Today, the court confirmed what we all know: there is no credible evidence of a rebellion in the state of Illinois.

And no place for the National Guard in the streets of American cities like Chicago.

Trump is now calling for the arrest of elected representatives checking his power.

What else is left on the path to full-blown authoritarianism?

So why is RFK Jr. raising questions about it now? He's trying to roll back abortion access nationwide.

I'll keep fighting against attempts to restrict access—because medication abortion is safe and effective. Period.

To Donald Trump:

Stop using military troops and ICE to invade and disrupt American cities.

Stop calling your political opponents “enemies” of the US.

Stop attacking the 1st Amendment.

Our troops and our nation deserve better than you acting as a petty tyrant.

Don’t know who needs to hear this, but when you openly try to rig elections, you’re admitting that you can’t win unless you cheat.

Using tariffs to interfere with foreign judicial proceedings takes abuse of power to a whole new level. I will use all available means to block these latest job-killing tariffs, which are nothing more than a tax on American consumers."

Trump Administration Knew Vast Majority of Venezuelans Sent to Salvadoran Prison Had Not Been Convicted of U.S. Crimes Homeland Security records reveal that officials knew that more than half of the 238 deportees were labeled as having no criminal record in the U.S. and had only violated immigration laws.

We obtained lists of alleged gang members used by Venezuelan law enforcement and Interpol.

Those lists include some 1,400 names. None of the names of the 238 Venezuelan deportees matched those on the lists.
