5 things to do to get a first draft written before the end of the year

1. Commit to 500 words per day
2. Write a one page outline and no more
3. Toss out the subplot and get the main plot down
4. Focus on dialogue and emotion
5. Don’t let great be the enemy of good.

I need to stop starting new accounts for things.

I need to stop, but I won't. I started a new Bluesky account for my psychic readings. So if you see someone suspiciously similar following you, that's why

I started a new witchy Instagram account (of course I did), but I can't find little accounts to follow. Every witchy account I'm offered has thousands upon thousands of followers.

I need advice:

How do you start writing about (fictionalised) lived experience? I want to write the novel of my heart and make vulnerable art, but I don't know where to start
