TBH barely grasped yet that I went down from 'you're seriously obese, my dude' to like 'fit by all the standards'...

Lost like 23 kilos with 2 more to go! 12 of them were lost over the last year (about 12 months I think?), and 11 more were lost since early Dec 2024.
Really figured out the 'eat clean' thing, along with adding some moderate exercise stuff.

Though I haven't done anything in Synth V for few months already, I think? Decided to focus on diving deeper into all the Elektron boxes I own without distractions.
(And on my overall physical health & wellbeing. Been losing weight since Oct 2023, and finally decided to an an EFFORT two months ago!)
