Beyond disappointed to learn that Arc Raiders, like The Finals before it, uses AI voice acting.

So many iconic game voice work is little vendor greetings, and to farm that out to a machine is a hollow admission of a lack of care.

I know a thousand actors who would have done better for buttons.

Just a reminder to check for your name in this list of books that OpenAI trained from. If your name is there, they probably owe you several thousand dollars.

More and more larger events are beginning to adopt a model where they offer table space to industry vets at THEIR expenses.

a tip for artists who sell prints that have a bunch of Hellaverse characters on them -- dont forget to incorporate a little negative space, it gives actors somewhere to put our signatures.
Prints that with wall to wall characters and a 100 colors make it so signatures do not show up well. ✌🏽
