This matches my perception of the state of AI coding tools today. I hope it improves, since I would like to use them.

It also matches my perception of developers' perception of AI coding tools.

Allt i regeringens kommunikation kring nazigate som vänstern uppfattar som inkompetent och dubbelmoral är i själva verket lyckad förmedling av det budskap de vill få ut till sina egna väljare: ”Oroa er inte, vi gör skillnad på Oss och Dom. De hårda tagen kommer så klart inte drabba Dig, bara Dom.”

Kanonbra tråd! Och så kan vi addera det som vi historiker har vetat sedan länge men som verkar ha oerhört svårt att slå igenom som allmänkunskap:

It's a classic example of AI evangelist / vendor oversimplifying a complex problem that isn't tech. So unbelievably dangerous it's disgusting.

We need to capture those by stop accepting what the US data vendors are spoonfeeding us - their incentive is to increase client spending, not revenue - and apply software engineering and our own thinking & innovation to leave data warehousing and other inadequate methods from the 90s behind us. 5/5

The Silicon Valley companies are ahead of us here, and I see this as a component in European sovereignty. The amount of money that is squandered is astronomical. On a regular basis, I encounter individual use cases within close reach where the stakes are 10s of MEUR. 4/5

Methods that took us beyond analytics, enabled production quality data-powered products, unlocked machine learning for practical use, and ended the AI winter. Methods that most of the incumbents and enterprises never managed to master. 3/5
