We're poor and disabled in the sub-Arctic, and winter is knocking at the door.

Not even asking for help with the roof, that's tens of thousands of dollars no one can afford, just if you could help us get some food, maybe a tarp that we can screw down for the foreseeable future.

- I homeschool my kids because there are zero covid mitigations in school. Littl'un is also VERY AuDHD and has already experienced a tonne of peer and teach bullying.
- homeschooling isn't for everyone; it's a choice we had to make.

Having migraines that are completely unresponsive to anything except for anticoagulants but now not even that is cutting it. Fucking hell, I just want a break.

Shit like that is why I apologized incessantly to loved ones and medical staff for *checks notes* rupturing my brachial artery back in May and hemorrhaging internally lmao

Have some of you considered that it doesn't matter whether or not someone is a "legal citizen", because people simply just should not be sent to concentration camps at all

Also special shout out to the nurse who got unreasonably pissed at me when I bled everywhere for not applying more pressure to my left arm despite the fact that my right hand is paralyzed and I physically cannot do that lmao 🫠

D-dimer still through the roof despite anticoagulants but hey for once your girl is pulmonary emboli free! Ordinarily they wouldn't bother ordering a CT for suspected flare of chronic PE since I'm already on anticoagulants but I'm going under the knife for 12+ hrs on the 23rd so we needed to be sure

Pre-op done. Bc of my chronic respiratory failure, I'll likely remain intubated in the ICU for a bit after surgery. Also pretty high risk for rebound pulmonary emboli & hemorrhage. But! I need the surgery🤷‍♀️
