I wrote this feature about a true legend. He overcame endless criticism, and yet he never stopped being creative and reinventing himself. When he passed last November, I felt compelled to write something.

Loving all the men really keen to be mayor but been in council for years and their actual wards are riddled with problems. Classic case of seeking power, not solutions. Mayor Chow hasn't fixed everything or gotten it all right, but we know she's not sitting in photo ops at 7am. shuffling paper.
