I really, really want Michigan back on the schedule. Something about the high banks oval and the Michigan 500 excites me. I think there is plenty of room for more 500 mile races on the schedule!

Sitting with my Dad as Rom Carnegie belted out “It’s a new track record!” To Rick Mears is embedded in my heart forever. I miss Dad but that was a good day.

I can’t remember ever NOT loving it, so that’s hard to answer. To me it always reminds me of being Back Home Again in Indiana.

At Barber I got a few seconds with Conor Daly, who had run in our Elite Racing League on iRacing. He didn’t give me crap about the Penske hat. He’s a great guy!! Fun to root for.

Thankfully it is IMS for both, but I also grew up going to Henry’s Speedway in Boswell Indiana.

IMS of course but Barber is a great weekend with my buddies. Has become a traditional trip I can’t wait for.
