The tsunami warnings are threatening the coast of Alaska, California, and some of Japan. I live on the southeast portion, a few miles inland and on top of a rather large hill, so safe here.

It’s not that I don’t see your point, or the point made here, but there’s several, pretty massive problems with the current usage of AI and how most of the LLMs got to their current point, that make reducing it to “but ai bad” is pretty disingenuous.

The job system of FFV is one of my favorites in the entire series. Also it’s just incredibly goofy a lot of the time and I appreciate that. It does definitely have a “I’m sorry, the villain is named WHAT how did you not expect him to be evil?!” Moment.

Always a moment of “Oh….well shit, I GUESS I HAVE TO GIVE YOU LOVE AND ATTENTION TOO”

I’m not a huge Superman fan in general, but, it was genuinely nice to go to a Superman movie and walk out feeling optimistic/not depressed. Somehow in the past like 20 years it felt like we forgot that Superman is really good for optimistic stories.

Short version seems to be it was likely cut content, most people say it has nothing. Outside from one weird “you must touch the three walls” which sounds like a Mew under the truck phenom.

I’ll dig back into my rabbit hole. One of two game rabbit holes I’ve never found the answer to.

In the original if you go to Luminous and do the Light Magic mastery maze, there’s a room I’ve never known what to do with. In the last puzzle room, on the bottom right, you can send lasers into there but no matter what combo I’ve tried

TL;DR, teaching them to start thinking about what they hear will do more to protect them than blanket statements about reality.

Podcasts must be real. You can make a recording with things downright wrong, or find something like a fantasy or story on a podcast and talk to them about whether or not it’s real. Especially if it says something they can see is wrong (sky is yellow or some such).

For example, using the podcast thing you mentioned, telling them Kings aren’t real (which is one interpretation of we don’t believe in kings) is most likely how I’d interpret that as a child. Belief and support are radically different ideas to a lot of children. But you can get them to analyze (2/?)
