I bought the Resident Evil Requiem Deluxe Edition. I am not sure if I will manage to finish Avowed before tomorrow night, and I don‘t want to rush through it, but technically I could play as soon as midnight tomorrow. Fingers crossed for an (okay) photo mode too.

I'm making King's Field, except it's called Queen’s Domain and it has a magical sword that helps you jump and unlock new areas of an interconnected labyrinthine world ⚔️

I am really surprised how well Avowed works in both 1st person and 3rd person. Something that Bethesda seemingly haven‘t figured out to this day and I am not confident that TESVI will be any different in that regard tbh.

I just don‘t see the appeal to have a Nintendo console instead of smth like a PS5. Heck I would probably be more happy with an XSX if I am to be honest. Switch makes a nice side console though. As an extra for that occasionally good 1st party game or exclusive. But that is it imo.

Thinking about having any of those consoles instead of my PS5? Never, ever. No Returnal, no Rift Apart, no Astro Bot, no Nioh, no playable Elden Ring, no Control, no Horizon, no Uncharted, no TloU, no Avowed, no Dragon‘s Dogma 2, no Expedition 33, no Lies of P and I could go on and on and on.

I am really happy not to have bought a Switch 2 in the end (for now). Sure Bananza looks fun, but aside from that there is just upgrades (sometimes bad ones) you have to pay for. Even the original Switch. The only games I am truly happy about are BotW, TotK and Prime 4.
