I’ve been getting more done, even with a severe fatigue and pain disorder. A circadian rhythm disorder. Now that I’ve said okay I’m only gonna work 1-6 hours a day, and give myself grace if I can only do the low end of that. And you know what? I look forward to what work I can get done now

If you’ve tried making a schedule and get frustrated at how much you need to change it. I reccomend scheduling a minimum schedule instead. Maximizing time doesn’t really work if you’re chronically ill, disabled, burnt out, or neurodivergent. Leave room for nothing, for rest, or at least block it in
