An 1889 paper reported ghost pipe (Monotroa uniflora) contains grayanotoxin, but our @savannahanez.bsky.social
revisited this claim, using #massspec approaches to try and detect the toxins. Spoiler alert, we were unable to find any! Her work is now available in JNP!

I just made zucchini bread for the first time in probably 7 years, which is also how long ago I was last pregnant. It’s amazing how long it can take the body to finally settle after a huge life event (or series of events). Let’s be gentle and patient with ourselves.
