Every time you speak against these fascists or help someone in need you empower someone else to do the same. There will be violence, there will be suffering but there are more of us than there are of them.

There are so many ways to resist this regime. Every act of kindness, every action that provides any form of protection for marginalized communities, any action that preserves what they want to destroy is an act of resistance. And speak up and loudly against all that they are doing.

Get involved with local politics. Door knock. Hand out flyers. Go to protests. If you have any tech skills and a computer you can start downloading books from free online sources. Compile a thumb drive library of resource books, history books, banned books.

Or volunteer at your local library. If you have a garden learn how to grow vegetables and grow extras for your neighbors. Don’t have land for a garden build a little food bank (size of a little library) and make sure it’s stocked or volunteer at an established food bank in your community.

If you’d already done so you wouldn’t be asking me if I had an army. There is no army coming to save us. We have to save ourselves. We have to build the resistance community by community. If you’re unsure how, get involved with local groups that support immigrant communities, or LGBTQ folks,
