Hoods are not part of the WRAP but are used with it on ICE flights, and looking at this video again, I’m just noticing at the end a guard struggling to carry something. Appears to be the WRAP.

I feel sick. When I worked at a psych hospital the procedures and care we had to go through to wrap a patient was lengthy. The situation had to meet criteria to protect the patients rights.

What immigration is doing here is inhumane and torture.
