Labour's Renters' Rights Bill will cost landlords just £22 a year
Labour's Renters' Rights Bill will cost landlords £22 a year but some will still sell up, according to official documents.
“The govt’s impact assessment for the Renters’ Rights Bill predicts the net core cost to landlords of just £12 per year per home" as rents continue to rise, dwarfing any extra costs to landlords.

"....private renters and mortgagors experienced inflation rates of 3.2 per cent and 3.7 per cent respectively in the year to June.
This compared with an annual inflation rate of 1.3 per cent for outright owner occupiers..."
