No I'm fine with non-islamic oppression of women, in fact I'm an active participant. What a stupid response.

So I'm an islamophobe. What's your evidence?

I'm a liberal agnostic. I don't think I'm antisemitic or islamophobic, but I'm not sure. I strongly oppose the oppression of women through religion and given that islamic regimes routinely oppress women does that mean I'm an islamophobe?

Haven't we had this one recently? I seem to remember commenting on the sheep who help trim the outfield.

PE cartoons used to be great. This one would be rejected by any editor of a school magazine.

Fine as far as it goes, but is there time in the post-Gove timetable for teachers to spend time reading to children? Unless young children see reading as a pleasure a library is little more than another cupboard.

These GOAT articles are really tedious. Why does there have to be a GOAT? How can there be a meaningful comparison of Duke, Surtees, Hailwood, Agostini, Rossi and now Marquez (plus all the others who might merit a mention)? It's just a journos' pot boiler that can be endlessly rehashed.

German media seems to be taking more seriously than ours the fact a leading light in the party UK press keeps saying will be next government took bribes from Russia to spout their lies. Maybe it’s because they put NEWS ahead of propaganda

Snake Oil worked for Johnson and Brexit. Too many voters don't recognise it when they see it.

You can't blame Grimes for his many shortcomings, but you can blame every wazzock who voted for him for the fact he's able to continue making a fool of himself in public.

I believe there is a public reticence towards the introduction of more or less anything new in the UK and this is due to the well-proven inevitability of our managing to makea pig's ear of it.

There's a City of London Livery Company called 'The Worshipful Company of Dyers' who actually own some of the swans on the river Thames. Every year they go 'swan upping' out on the river in boats, and afterwards, at dinner they eat Swan. It's their cygneture dish.

Not Tory 2.0; but ToryΒ². Many decent "one-nation" Conservatives were purged by Johnson in the Brexit frenzy, and those remaining proved their inadequacy for all to see. Now Fagash and his ramshackle band are happy to welcome as many of those leftovers as they can gather.

Ms. Phillipson should know that Labour has always been a divided party. It represents a wide range of interests, taking in anyone opposed to the Tories. From Bevan v Morrison, Benn v Healey and now Corbyn v Starmer. Sad thing is that they rarely find a way to work together.
