I appreciate the effort to make as much of this index #typewriter 3d printed as possible, but the mix of 3d printed hex screws and 3d printed holes? More than a couple stripped screws. Had to get out the pliers.

Kiddo started T-ball today, the era of bringing kids to sports has begun! ⚾

This is my first time having a cat we didn't name (Zara had a family before us, so that name was pretty firmed up!)

But it's probably for the best. I named the last cat we had Caligula 😅

Yeah, it was even kind of fun at first! But their public inventory is tied to the machine, so we were at the mercy of what we could find and what the helpful staff remembered them having in stock 😅

Zara the cat is finally cone-free! 🎉

After adopting her at the end of August we discovered she came to us with a wound on her back foot, and her tail. Her tail wound took AGES to heal, and a lot of specialized treatment, but we finally got the all clear from the vet today.

This 3D printer design for a Mignon 4 #typewriter popped up around the time we were setting up our 3D printer a few weeks ago.

Yesterday I swung by the IBM office in San Francisco, and today I went with the opposite experience, driving down to the IBM Silicon Valley Lab nestled in "the cow part of San Jose" (alas, no cows in this picture, but they are around sometimes!)
