The things Homan describe’s in terms of criminal arrests, the ATF and FBI should do. ICE doesn’t have that special training (shouldn’t be their mission anyway) but FBI and ATF federal agents do, even years of it, to effect these arrests appropriately. This is why ICE is a private army of Trump’s.
