Nah, they would wear an underwear and be anthropomorphized, like all pinups in this series. Ornstein is in armor, but for me he was just molded, like Chinese Buddha pear. Same logic will apply to the dancing lion and his absurd anatomy will be transformed into something solid and terrifying.
