Went to see Super Happy Fun Clown at @frightfest.bsky.social on Sunday. A woman who hates her job, mother and husband snaps and goes on a rampage as a clown. It's an odd film, the music is is strange but I loved it and everyone I talked to who saw it enjoyed it. A unique sleeper hit

@frightfest.bsky.social showed Redux Redux on Sunday. A woman travels through the multiverse trying to find one where her daughter survives a serial killer. Such an original idea pulled off with great style. Deserves to be a breakout hit, one of the best films of the festival

I honestly wasn't expecting much from Bone Lake at @frightfest.bsky.social but it turned out to be a smart, sexy thriller that took me by surprise. V good

So good to see a UK film get a good reception at @frightfest.bsky.social. Odyssey followed an estate agent around while her life crumbled around her. Great filmography really showing the seediest side of London off and a soundtrack by The The. Recommended
