Thanks, a lot of people use tools as a blackbox, just push the data in and use what comes out. I think the underlying mechanisms are the most fascinating part of bioinformatics.

Taught my BSc students how to make a population pyramid plot today using base R. It's more of a pyramid of death ☠️, since it shows the number of UM-HET3 mice dying within a 75 day window.
