I'll poke around a bit. Most of my customers now require endpoints, so I generally deploy them.
Do you happen to have a documentation link you can share? I'm interested in the endpoint piece of this.

never tried it myself. Claude Code has been really working well for me.
So I did a quick test. Nothing in VPC flow logs, and I don't have SSH allow rules in my SG configuration. I do see the request in CloudTrail.
I knew that Minecraft server would come in handy for things other than Minecraft! ๐
I use SSM all the time, and never considered this. I tend to use CloudTrail to look for connections. I know how I'm spending my Sunday! ๐

Sometimes, no matter what you do, things just donโt go your way โ even when youโre livestreaming (looking at you, audio gremlins ๐ฟ ).
The good news? Even when things donโt go as planned, thereโs always a quiet win hiding somewhere. I did end up with a great diagram!
Keep building. Keep learning.

This weekโs project involved migrating DNS, caching rules, and WAF policies โ and trying to avoid waking the dragon.

Generative AI (GenAI) 's rapid evolution has transformed how we approach software development. Recently, I leveraged GenAI to help me create ๐ต๏ธ VPC Detective.

A customer recently got hit with a surprise billโhundreds of dollars tied to unused EBS volumes left in the โavailableโ state. Not attached, not usedโjust quietly burning cash.
So I built a simple ๐ฌ ChatOps solution ๐ฌ
Iโve been using this analogy lately to explain VPC Lattice auth policies:
โ
Network-level policies = NACLs
โ
Service-level policies = Security Groups
Itโs a layered security model. More power, more complexity.
