Eh... it's an old Trad design from a time when having no skill list was a crazy weird thing to do. You had to convince "Good GMs" to not burn the book right there and then! 🤣

Yes, the setting is great.
Yes, the system is the usual Trad BS. But for the time it had some good ideas here and there. Mostly how Thaumaturgy made you improvise symbolic rituals. And how Adept (?) magic made you behave obsessively and weirdly.
Don't know about 3rd Ed
