Despite City Council reauthorizing the contract for ATL Policing and Diversion (PAD), the Mayor’s office has allowed the contract + services to lapse, continuing Andre Dickens’ battle against PAD despite its popularity. As comments point out, PAD also facilitates warming services in extreme cold.
