Very often in classes like this, students see the theorem as the product and proofs as the work. This text helps them see that the PROOF is the product, and there is other work to be done to produce one.

For an approach to analysis that pulls back the curtain on this process, check out the upcoming text "Arbitrarily Close" by @johnrockmath.bsky.social! There are "scratch work" sections to proofs dedicated to how one goes about obtaining delta.

I find it harder to embed and share geogebra stuff but it may be worth it. I did something similar to what Kyle did, the truth is that probably one gets the point by the 20th derivative.
