Seems the end game here is bad for everyone, including AI tools, which loose up to date resources to steal... I mean use for research.

These days I look at "objective tech statement that is super important and will change your life" and carry on because honestly it's almost never that deep. Paradigms shift all the time. Dogmatic approaches are usually harmful, no matter which end you find yourself, but it's almost never that deep.
