The future is near…

Much needed mental health day. Going through break up feels so I opted to hit the dirt and get some miles in. My first time riding mountain bike at Battle Creek. It was fun and necessary, even the fall I took kept it real.

I have the same issue in Minnesota winters. I feel the lack of sun in the depth of my soul. Vitamin D supplements are a big help. And, stay active. Movement is helpful too.
