Joint Statement on the Acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery by Netflix The world's largest streaming company swallowing one of its biggest competitors is what antitrust laws were designed to prevent. The outcome would eliminate jobs, push down wages, worsen conditions for all entertainment workers, raise prices for consumers, and reduce the volume and diversity of content for all viewers. Industry workers along with the public are already impacted by only a few powerful companies maintaining tight control over what consumers can watch on television, on streaming, and in theaters. This merger must be blocked.

The following is a statement from the WGA on the Acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery by Netflix.

TL;DR I love the franchise and I'm sad we probably won't see another DA game unless somoene else buys out the license and re-hires the old team. But it still won't be the same.

Much as I love DA:TV, Dragon Age II will always be my favorite game of all time. I think that's evident by my enjoyment of Fenris and trying to mod him into every game since DA 2.

Sadly, because of how people acted around folks getting to go to the preview event & not understanding how those things work; I didn't really share many photos from that event.

Dragon Age also has brought so many folks into my life. So, so many. Many of whom are still friends to this day, others who for good or ill fluttered off to past friend pastures.

Some are friends I met & made with the Veilguard pre-release event.

Dragon Age also got me to return to writing fanfic.
