I regularly feel quite stupid and get immense imposter syndrome when it comes to my work, but every now and then I will give information about something or solve a difficult issue or create a great solution, and for a split second, feel like an actual expert at my field

tbh it's basically the same advice we've told new programmers about copying and pasting code you're not familiar with from stackoverflow

My conclusion on code ai tools like chatgpt or w/e is that they're fine if you're already experienced with what you're doing and are using it to fill boilerplate, or if you're asking it questions to learn general information, but using it to build code you're not familiar with leads to a bad time
