A lot of YouTube channels are now made up of teams of people who are good at different things. A lot of YouTubers end up hiring people once doing everything becomes too much for them to handle without a compromise in content quality.

I get the pushback to Bluesky in that it further bifurcates our media ecosystem. But at this point, Twitter’s content moderation is so nonexistent and its verified users so extreme that the choice becomes either move away from Twitter or be subjected to straight up 4chan nazi bile on a daily basis.
