My mental health is incredibly challenging right now, but I’m determined not to let it win! Instead I’m talking to professionals, taking my meds and getting out for lots of walks - I WILL get better 💪🏻

In 2021, I got sectioned. In 2022 and 2023, I had involuntary stays in hospital. I genuinely thought I’d never get better…

Turns out, I was wrong, and today I’m celebrating spending the whole of 2024 hospital-free! 🎉

When I was on the psych ward, a mental health charity helped to save my life.

Today I’m celebrating the fact that, since then, I’ve now officially raised over £50,000 for them! 😃

First day at my new job was a success!! 😃

My mental health has been so bad, I haven’t been able to work for over a year…

Well, tomorrow that changes, and I have my first shift at my new job! Wish me luck!! 😃

After being off work cos of my mental health for over a year, I had an interview for my dream job, and I’m delighted to say I’ve been offered the position!! 😃
