A black-and-white photograph of two small hillocks with a cloudy sky above. Between them is a small wood and in front of the first hillock is a footpath winding between the two. Across the hillsides are the marks of mediaeval ploughing.

Above the small village of Alnham are the remains of a medieval settlement and its associated lynchets (narrow ploughstrips terraced into the hillside).
