Noise canceling headphones aren’t enough anymore. I want emotion canceling backpacks and existential dread canceling cargo pants.

I used to think coffee was the “grownup” drink, then I thought booze was the “grownup” drink. Now I realize that plain old water is the actual “grownup” drink.

Today I learned that Tokyo has an eatery called the “Restaurant of Mistaken Orders“ (Orange Day Sengawa) and on certain days of the month, all of their servers have dementia so you never know what you’re going to get. Kind of like the cafe of life. :)

Ignoring your partner is a way of showing them how to live without you. You might think you are punishing them, but you are often helping them adjust to a life without you.
