it's been really hard to focus on remaining positive and taking on more+new work while continuously getting told they can't do any better for me!!!
And stagnant wages for 4yrs don't really keep up with living expenses or make it easy to engage in hobbies or...anything really

small vent post, cuz my job has been stringing me along abt a raise+title change for the last year saying it takes "a long time" but a coworker got a title change+raise less than 2wks after asking for it :)? (He deserves it!! Just kinda weird he got it faster despite going thru the same channels??)
