***Language learning communities online. They create hierarchies of morons who have no actual qualifications to be giving advice and are generally toxic to attitudes that show genuine concern in their poor methods and outdated western thinking

- Apps are a cancer, "...whose harmful results all statistics brought him new and manifold evidence."

- Please for the love of god, don't use AI
- Language learning are cesspools of misinformation

Important note: Reading and listening are the core activity of real language learning. Doing worksheets, textbook readings, and grammar study are things that are completely inconsequential to effective and rapid language acquisition, immersion is the only real way.

5. Read something that you enjoy. Reading learning slop makes everything a chore that will eventually cause burn outs.

General tips for reading comprehension in L2:
1. Do extensive reading. Read and read fluently non-stop for extended periods. You don't need to understand 100%, just keeping continuity and basic comprehension is good enough to get satisfaction out of reading and for optimal language gains
