I can’t explain to people not on TikTok how much that app saved me. I had no one who shared my weird interests and then all of a sudden I had this group of people who were like me. And my Following Feed was this big circle of joy. Now I feel back to where I was a few years ago. ☹️

I found a whole community of people on Tik Tok and am feeling a loss of that community. Just because it doesn’t matter to you, doesn’t mean it isn’t important to others.

I was making enough money to pay a couple bills which really helped. Now 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I feel so sad today thinking about losing Tik Tok. It’s weird. It’s just an app, but it was a lifeline to my #sisterwives community.

I don’t feel like I can leave Meta because of the sheer volume of friends on there, but I am definitely trying to wind it down.

I’m not getting rid of it for those reasons too, but I am trying to not use it as much.

Bury Me in The Pitt I powered through Max’s not-an-ER reboot with so much delight that I was annoyed when I had to pause to watch something ostensibly better.

339 million people in US. 170 million Tik Tok users in US. Even if everyone had two Tik Tok accounts, that’s still over a quarter of the country using Tik Tok. Many people, myself included, are creators on there. I don’t make ton of $, but it pays my cell bill.

I’ve been so upset the last few days about losing Tik Tok soon. It’s my lifeline. It’s where I follow people who like the same things as me and the only place I can discuss Sister Wives. I’m so so sad.
