Anti-corruption watchdog boss's defence links spark impartiality concerns The head of Australia's anti-corruption watchdog has been repeatedly photographed in full military regalia since taking on the $780,000 a year role.

Serious concerns about Commissioner Brereton’s impartiality are growing & still, not a single public hearing from the NACC.

To restore trust, we need new leadership at the top & public hearings where it’s in the public interest.

We need a National Anti Corruption Commission free from any suggestion of conflict of interest. Commissioner Brereton considers Defence corruption referrals while holding the rank of Major General. He wears the uniform, attends events and says nothing to see. I disagree.
