A cluster of tall bald cypress trees rising from calm water on a foggy morning. Muted greens and browns against a white sky make up the palette. Mirrored forms of trees and shoreline interact with the negative space of sky and its reflection.

The muse of music has shown up lately, so I'm a bit less present, but appreciation for you folks and what you do has not waned.

I think often of her Miss Scofield.

Five rows of white headstones in memoriam for the crew members of the Scourge, sinking in 1813 off the shore of Lake Ontario. An anchor is carved on each stone. The grounds have tufted grass and dandelions grow amongst the graves.
