Exactly!! Before I'd have monarchs visit (except last year when maybe I saw 1 all summer). This is the first time that it seems like the same 1 or 2 come daily. This year is a really good one for my native plants, so maybe that's part of it? There's a lot blooming right now. They love my liatris.

This is a really good middle grade novel about locked rooms by @lindsayncurrie.bsky.social. It's a great choice for libraries and classrooms. Note: I gave it to my adult daughter before she went to a locked room challenge as a primer. She loved it! I did, too.
