To be honest, I didn’t feel much difference compared to the 7’s EVF. I’d read about the differences, but I didn’t bother to compare it to the 7’s. I mainly shoot stills, and I hadn’t issues with the 7’s EVF as well. Will take a closer look next time and will let you know.

Pretty much so far. Had the 7II before and the 6III is much more reliable with its af. The 7 sometimes struggled with eye af and had more miss focuses overall. Don’t miss the extra pixels of the 7.
