we all got cowed into avoiding "virtue signaling" as if the public affirmation of socially agreed upon ethical principles was somehow cringey instead of a significant part of what a "society" even is. now all there's left is vice signaling, and it's reshaping society.

I did get my flu shot.

I also got the flu, officially per the little test kit.

I'm not sure which is worse, the chills or the time-stretch. I keep discovering that it took half an hour to change my pants or two hours to write one small snowball fight.

The adversary of my annoyance is my fair weather friend. 😄
