If Google ever succeeds at making YouTube totally unusable with adblock my time spent there is immediately going to go from "when I want to" to "when I have to for information". That's exactly what I did with Reddit when they killed my favorite third-party client.

YouTube has been giving me problems loading videos in my web browser recently and the "Experiencing interruptions? Find out why" box that pops up when it happens links directly to the part about adblock on their troubleshooting page, how subtle.

A feature of uBlock that I think goes underappreciated is the ability to block specific elements of websites. I've been using it to remove parts of websites that are annoying and/or send me down an unproductive rabbit hole.

The concept of "anti-furries" feels more absurd the longer I think about it. I'm not talking about those who simply make a snide remark when they encounter one or the subject gets brought up around them, I'm talking about those who make it a large and integral part of their online persona.

I've done a cold load (meaning fresh download - no cache) of Recursion Lab on the splittening (.NET 9) build of @resonite.com as a test.

This is INSANE.

Normally it takes a few minutes to load this world fresh. Now it's like... 15 seconds tops.
