His comedic timing and action scenes are so shamelessly cartoony I too cackle many a time.

He is so so silly. I love that Noda started with this manga, went to create Golden Kamuy and then came back to his hockey story. Makes me wonder who came first and which characters were just his favorites. I love how detailed oriented he is with his stories and how much he loves his home (Hokkaido).
