I apologize. It appears I haven't used this account as of late...

1 Pie shell (pre baked) 2 C pumpkin 3/4 C packed brown sugar 3 T molasses 1/2 t salt 1/4 t nutmeg 1/4 t ground ginger 1/2 t cinnamon 1/8 t cloves 1 1/3 C heavy cream 3 T bourbon 3 large eggs 1. Follow instructions for pre baked pie shell. Bake 4 mins after removing foil. 2. increase oven temp to 425°F. 3. whisk together all ingredients except eggs in medium saucepan. 4. place over low heat and cook, stiring occasionally. 5 remove from heat and whisk in eggs 6. Pour filling into prebaked pie shell. 7. Bake 10 min. 8. Lower heat to 350. Bake 10-15 mins longer. 9. When done, pie should still be slightly looser and will jiggle when shaken. The pie should not have a cracked top. 10. Cool at least one hour to set.
